Eric Padilla has a long professional career in matters of labor justice. He is President of the Conciliation and Arbitration Local Board of the State of Querétaro since 2002, where he has performed on several positions since 1999.
He has been Secretary General, certifying the actions of this jurisdictional body (2001 to 2002), President of the Special Board number 1 (1999 to 2001), assistant to the Presidents of the Special Boards numbers 3 & 5, Secretary of Collective Matters (1995 to 1996) and constable (1991 to 1993).
He has also served as Attorney General for Labor Defense (1997 to 1999) and Attorney Assistant for Labor Defense (1993 to 1995) at the Labor Secretariat in the State of Querétaro.
Additionally, since 2008, he is professor at the Autonomous University of Querétaro, in the specialty on Labor Law.
Eric Padilla got a BA in Law, as well as an MBA by the Autonomous University of Querétaro, 1988-1993 promotion. He also holds a specialty on Constitutional Law and Appeals from the same university.
