Adrián Rojas has a long professional track record on labor law issues. His entire career has been with the Directorate General of Legal Affairs, of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, where he has held various positions since 1989.
His professional experience includes his role as Head of the Department of Sentence and Resolution Enforcement in 1992. Likewise, he served as Assistant Penalties Director and subsequently held the position of Penalties Director. As of May 2001, he has acted as Director of Legislation in the Directorate General of Legal Affairs.
Adrián Rojas has a diploma in Continuing Management Education in Quality and Productivity in the Public Sector, issued by the School of Accounting and Administration of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (National Autonomous University of Mexico), as well as a diploma in State Administration and Control, issued by the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (National Public Administration Institute).
Adrián Rojas graduated with honors from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (National Autonomous University of Mexico) with a degree in Law.
